Wattle tones of an Australian Sapphire
showing off gorgeous clarity and sparkle in this Diamond cut – Vibrant and stunning like our “Wattle Trees’!
Picking up the rough gem I decided to facet this sapphire with lovely lines and shape. Mother nature is unique and beautiful and makes us think about angles that work with colours.
“Wattle Day” is celebrated on the 1st of September and don’t forget Sapphire is the birthstone for September!
All Australian made in 18ct Yellow Gold the Sapphire was ethically mined by Michael and crafted to perfection here in Rubyvale.

Natural Australian Flawless Yellow and Green Parti-colour Sapphire. Showing both colours quite distinctly with a vibrant, intense, bright colour tone.
Weight and Cut
The Diamond shape – (called a rhombus – is a two-dimensional quadrilateral with four equal-length sides and equal opposite angles) The cut Sapphire weighs 1.85 carats. Measuring 9.5mm x 6.7mm.
Clarity and the 4 c’s
The Sapphire is faceted by Jane to correct angles and dimensions. Excellent clarity and brilliance and the Sapphire is flawless.
